Anybody have experience using it?  Is it sturdy or will it burst if I drop my rifle?

----

I read on the site that it has to be installed on a rifle extension? Does that mean it will install just as a standard A2 stock on a standard A2?

----

How does the Vltor compare to the Ace Skeleton stock?  Which is more worth my money?

---

Does anybody have pics of the Vltor rifle mod stock on an A2 with a standard handguard?

You can't beat a VLTOR stock if you ask me.  It fits on a Colt-size buffer tube.  I have one on my preban Colt Sporter and it fits better than the factory stock did.  It's extremely handy if you have a tac light or optics that use batteries because you can store batteries in it.  Here's a pic of mine on my Colt.

I had one for a while...neat concept, but too expensive for the advantages it offered to me.  Ended up selling it on ebay, and went back to the regular tele-stock on my preban Colt.

I'm sure for some people it is well worth it though.

Were you the one that sold the stock for $200? If so, that's a good profit.

Just got mine and though i haven't tried yet, it seems no more likely to break than any of the best stocks, factory or aftermarket.

The rifle stock is different than the CAR Modstock. The rifle version fits any rifle receiver extension (buffer tube) and mounts just like the OEM rifle stock. It will also fit and mount on Colts CAR/M4 buffer tubes and the tubes that Wes sells. When mounted on the CAR stock, you have 2 locating options that essentially give you a little adjustment in length of pull.
