I have a stupid question? Can I sell this weapon outright. No special FFL needed right? There is nothing illegle about it.

By the way does anyone want to buy? Brand new, only 20 rounds put through it. Shoots great. I just need to get rid of it. Also included ARMS rear flip up sight and front vertical handle.

Have appx. 1000 rounds of winchester 5.56 still in there boxes.

All for 1400.00 (firm)

Put this in the equipment exchange, not here. BTW no FFL needed for a private sale in your state (Usually... check your laws).

Yes, #40 flip up sight. Also fogot to mention that I have a Bagmaster tactical soft case that goes with.

rhetorical question,

(hey, you asked here, and NOT on the EE)

How can you determine that the gun shoots "Great", when you've only fired 20 rounds out of it? ...would "approximately" 1000 rounds of Win 223 be 980?

So I need to burn up a 1000 rounds to determine if the weapon is worthy? That is just the present state it's in and I'm wanting to sell.

I guess if it was a car I'd need to put a set number of miles on it before you would be happy!!!!
