I have a Colt preban lower (slabside) and a Colt preban lower.  There is a noticeable space between the two (more so at both ends).  Is there a way to correct this?  Would using a different upper possibly help?  Thanks!

Either one should help.

Thanks...but there isn't much play between the receivers, just space.  If you hold the rifle up to the light, you can see between the receivers...just not sure if it can be corrected.
