Hey Troy...
I guess that I need to make my self more clear in the questions that I post....what I meant to ask is ...can I take a Rocky Mountian lower and make it a M-4 type configuration....tele stock...m-4 upper..etc..etc...if it was manufactured a pistol can it be converted to a rifle configuration? |

Yes. Because it started life as a pistol, it can now go back and forth between pistol and rifle configuration legally. Had it started out as a rifle, it could not be made into a pistol legally.

Thanks Troy....Not to brag...but I found two of these preban complete pistol lowers for 300.00 each in a pawn shop.....and ended up trading a couple junk guns for them....JACKPOT!!!!
