Ok... I'm the new guy in the bunker and I am starting to realize this new addiction I have can be pretty spendy. (I have already hawked my left Kidney for my new AR)

My  first question is what do you all do for a living?

My second question is how much $ can I get for a healthy child in mexico.......

I'm a Police Officer, Wife is a Para-Legal, and I am also Retired Army.

I currently have eight hungry mouths to feed, and just found out that I have "quadruplets" (did I spell that right?) on the way.  Of course the foursome will be premature and need to be nurtured with TLC parts such as Uppers, BBL assys, etc, but I simply don't try to do it all at once.

Oh, by the way, I have two beautiful kids, 13 and 7, my 7 y/o son loves to shoot my AR's as well.

This sport is a journey, not a trip with a destination, enjoy it!!

Assistant Director of a State Agency (wife is an Attorney for the State).

First child due in November => gun buying will probably slow down some.

I have no idea what % of our income goes to our mutual hobby (yes, the wife is a gun nut, too, God bless her!).  We buy 10-15 guns per year on average, plus far too many accessories.  I used to sell/trade some off along the way, but there were too many regrets - now the only time I get rid of one is a sale or gift to a relative or close friend.

**Be advised that NAFTA prohibits the sale or trade of any of your children in Mexico for the purposes of increasing your "personal arsenal" - or so I've heard...

Im ex Air Force.  I now manage a call facility doing technical support.  I also help test and develop products for our company.

By night I help law enforcement via cyberangels and a few other services (some public, most not).  Essentially my computers cook their chips looking through data provided by LEO in search of persons in voilation of 'laws which protect children'.  I help develop performance enhancement features that make the software run faster and process more accurately.

As all records are encrypted and 100% confidential all I know so far is it's a step in the right direction.

The pay?  Mine to enjoy in the hereafter, if there is such a thing.

I'm an engineer for one of the Big Three automakers...I get to play with high performance cars & trucks all day (and even get paid for it).  Not a bad gig [:D]

We have our first [baby] on the way.  My best friend bought a gift for his new-born...an 03 Springfield from CMP.  When my J&T kit arrived the other day, my wife asked if I bought a "gift" for our baby, too [:)]  Busted.

I'm an IT administrator/engineer for the State.  I like guns and I am getting ready to purchase my first AR.  The wife doesn't like guns and it makes this hobby a bit difficult.  So, I just wait for a special occasion (birthday, Christmas, Father's Day) and work on her for another piece of equipment.  Of course I have othe hobbies and it sometimes is hard to balance between them all!

Boyz definitely have their toyz.

I am a Machinist for a spiral binding company called Performance Design inc. My wife likes the fact that I like guns and is pro 2nd amendment but not to interested in shooting them herself . I buy sell and trade plus ask for accesories to get firearms and parts . I use to get a nice big allowance out of every paycheck but since my wife was laid off from HP that ended and I am forced to hold a "Will work for ammo" sign in front of Sportsmans Warehouse to feed the habit .

I'm a Former Army Paratrooper.
[sniper]
I used to be stationed in Vincenza Italy.  That’s where the 173rd Airborne Brigade is stationed.  They’re the ones who jumped into Iraq.
[sniper2]

I currently work for a Certain State Government in the Free State of Pa.  You might want to know that Whenever a gun of ANY kind of sold in the State, the Brady Bill’s Authorization – or Rejection - goes through MY department.  From the store, or police station* or Gun Show, the connection goes from the Seller, through Us, to the State Police.  And when you are approved – or disapproved – the State Police transmits the WORD through Us, to the Seller.[(:)]
Fun, huh?
You should also know that we Do Too, take pains to make sure that when there is a Gun Show anywhere in the State, the phone lines are in working order to make any possible sale goes through.  (We need the Sales Tax.)
Just what exactly do I do?  You don’t want to know.  I’ll just say that you do NOT want me to print something with your name on it.
[}:)]

*In PA, If somebody is selling person to person, you can go to your Local Neighborhood Police Station, and tell them you are selling person to person.  They will contact the State Police for you.  No FFL’s needed.  Pay a few dollars for the fee and you are on your way.  Of course if the buyer is a Convicted Felon, they will be very happy to take the fool into custody and be charged with the appropriate crime(s).[>Q]

Supermodel, part time male giggolo, and I own a microbrewery.

If the parts would ever arrive, I would have a darned nice varmint gun. Until then, I'll just have to use the 30-30... which happens to shoot sub-MOA all day, with 110 grain plinkers.
