Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Can't find a book...

"Forest" reviewed a book by D. Scott Griffin titled, "Basic Marksmanship of the M16A2 Rifle".
This was posted on the Maryland AR15 Shooters Site.

Mr. Griffin has taken down his website but apparently can still be reached by e-mail for book orders.  Can anyone provide me with Mr. Griffin's e-mail address so I might purchase copies of his book?
