Which manufacturer uses the "Y in a circle" stampmark on their bolts and carriers?

I bought what is supposed to be an Olympic Arms bolt carrier group which carries this mark...

I have never seen your "Y" on any bolts before.

The only marked bolts i have seen before were colts and my DPMD has a "D" on the left of the BC.
