I'm still trying to decide what configuration I'm going to build around my forged oly receiver.  I was going to go for a JT CAR with shorty tac stock or a full size 20" with A2 stock.

But after seeing those Dissipator pics and being taunted by some unnamed member to "Go chrome or go home", maybe I should support Bushmaster after all that bad press they go in the media. (Yeah, my wife didn't buy it either.)

So if you you have some pics your dissipator with tac stock I sure would like to see 'em.

This aint the greatest pic, but its my Dissapator with a set of M16A1 furniture on it. The A1 stocks are shorter than the A2's, but not anywhere near the stubby Tac stocks.

This does not have a shorty stock, it has an A-1 stock, but I'm trying to learn how to post a pic.

Bushmaster Dissipator, post-ban. A-1 buttstock, triangular handgaurd. Hogue grip, ambi-safety.

Someone has posted a pic before on this site. He had the shorty stock with the Knight? spacer and side sling mount. It looked really good.

Wow, guys, I've never considered using an A1 stock on one.  They look good - kinda like the Hollywood version of a Vietnam M16.  

Bushmaster has their Dissipator kits in their catalog for $660.00.  I'm guessing they'll work with you if you want A1 stocks and handguards?  I saw a pre-ban Dissipator upper with bolt carrier assembly and charging handle for $450 at gunbroker.com; sounds like a good deal but I got a postban receiver.  Anyone know if dealers can discount from the Bushmaster catalog prices on uppers and kits?
