I have my finger on the proverbial trigger for the purchase of pre-ban Colt AR-15.  I need the group's help in determining what I should be willing to pay for it.  Here are the specifications.

- 99% R6601 lower - HBAR blue label with M4 collapsible stock and captive front push-pin.
- 99% R6721 upper - Full Colt R6721DC upgrade kit - A3 style flattop with removable carry handle, M4 markings, M4 hand guards, charging handle, bolt, and carrier.  16.1" HBAR chrome lined 1/9 twist barrel.  Bayonet lug.
- All factory accessories.

What do you guys think this rifle is worth?

Interesting question because I've got close to the same setup and I'd like to know what it would be worth in today's marketplace.

I'd guess around $2000 give or take about $200.

I bet you if you were patient you could build one yourself for less than $2000:
6601 lower for approx $1000
6721 complete upper for around $750
collapsible stock for around... $100-$150...
those numbers are just ball park figures but I've seen similar setups advertised for as much as $2195 to $2395 or there abouts....
