Has anyone done any research as to whether the ATF would have a problem with the ACE ARBT on a post ban rifle?

http://www.riflestocks.com/html/arbt_features.html

It would seem to me that although this stock hasn't recieved formal approval according to ACE, it wouldn't be a problem as it is not a collapsible or folding stock and is permanent once cut to length.

Someone? Anyone? Bueller?

As long as it is fixed into place and can't be adjusted to bring the weapon under the legal length, I don't see any problem with it.

True, but banning telescoping stocks doesn't make much sense either (not to mention the dreaded flash hider or bayonet lug), so who knows.
