looks to me like Bowflage, available from Brownell,s and others. and it's removable.

A light spray of Bowflage Tan over the black rifle, then maybe a few spots of black.

www.bearcoat.com has their desert warrior camo..I have seen it in person..it looks great and is backed up by a good company.
