Thinking of building a varminter. Upper will be the oly arms stainless ultramatch, 1 in 8 twist.

For the bolt and carier, I am thinking of going w/ the Les Baer bolt and carrier. I understand the precision and quality of the LBC product. (I have a LBC 1911...) What I need to know is a REASON that I would want to spend that type of money for an AR bolt and carrier..

Anyone have EXPERIENCE using this component? Anyone know someone I can talk toy about this?

To fill his pocket with your hard earned money. Those parts will do nothing for accuracy that plain run of mill wont do. Accuracy is in the barrel and shooter and ammo. The carrier is along for the ride, and bolt holds the shell  in the chamber.   My 2.5 cents worth.
