i have a preban 762*39 can any one tell me what kinda of luck they have had with them.can i find high capacity mags for it that will cycle without getting stuck? any info ?

The only mags I know of are the USA ones. And the skinny on them is that they are the only ones that actually work.. :) Imagine that, mags made by USA that ACTUALLY function like they are supposed to.

I have a variety of magazines for my 7.62x39 AR15s. Here is a small sampling representative of my collection:

The various 5 and tend round mags on top are found fairly commonly.

The Scherer and G-Tech 30 round mags in the lower left are the most sturdily constructed and likely the best. But the USA hybrid types in the lower right are a close second and are found much more easily and affordably.
