Ok I'm set on a A3 14.5 M4 Upper. Now the lower. Get a striped lower and scurry around for all the parts, or just get a complete. How much will I save building the lower? BM, or RRA forged lowers only right. HELP

hmm, depends on how handy/patient you are, since a stripped lower may cost you 100 and a complete lower may cost you twice that, after everything is said and done, maybe 50 bucks?  OR you can wait by the mailbox for the big brown truck, sign, rip open the box, slap on the upper and your ready to lock and load.

I have assembled two lowers with only the instructions from old.ar15.com. Saved me about $45.00. If you are not handy with tools, you better purchase a complete lower, they are easily damaged or scratched on assembly.
