The Wisconsin trigger company's new M-K IIA3X had its first public outing last weekend in the East Texas regional match with some incredible results. Madison Butler of the Texas State junior rifle team fired an amazing 498 -22x out of a maximum 500 points. She posted the top score out of the 54 participants. This is the highest score ever posted in Texas by a junior shooter. It may be the highest score posted by a junior anywhere.
We would like to thank Madison for installing the Prototype trigger in the new rifle she assembled for this year's competition. The M-K IIA3X will be for sale by the end of May. The M-K IIA3X is a national match purpose built trigger. It is not a speed trigger in any way. It has a long reset and a long first stage and a disconnecter designed to give the shooter an absolutely perfect release. The M-K IIA3X also uses the bronze advantage trunnion and the A3 adjustable over travel safety selector which can be installed from either the left or right side of the receiver. This is also one of the advantages of having Madison test the Prototype: she is a left-handed shooter. If you'd like more information or would like to reserve one of the new M-K IIA3X triggers please send an email to
[email protected] and someone will get in touch with you.
Congratulations Madison and thanks for choosing the M-K II trigger systems.
