I've ordered two IWC QD end plates from Ebay, which were advertised as "IWC QD end plates, melonite finish". Both were slightly higher priced than on your site (but free shipping), and both were from different vendors. Both look like your amazing machining, fantastic beautiful nitride/melonite finish, and both with (seemingly) laser etched logo's exactly like yours, and the same thickness (I've used probably about 7, in total, of yours. They are the only ones I'll use).
I thought nothing of it until recently when I took a closer look (after fitting a QD swivel to them) and noticed they are NOT rotation limited. Hmm.
Are these fakes, or did you at one point make them w/o rotation limitation? Or maybe sell off a few "blems"? I will say, if they are fakes... they are the nicest made ones I have ever seen!
I'm not concerned about the rotation limited for this application (it's kind of pointless, as the RE prevents rotation anyway), but if they are indeed fakes... I'll avoid buying these again, over ebay, and stick with known vendors that sell your REAL version.
Thanks for any info on this!
ETA: I searched my history, and apparently both of them were from the same seller: a2ztacticalgear
