Quoted: Isn't that what the UTE is?

No, the UTE is an UPPER RECEIVER with a BUILT IN A2 rear sight and flat-top.
Maybe I'm just alone in this thinking, but I don't want to tie myself permanently to an upper with a built in rear sight, or a built in elevated platform etc... I like that I have OPTIONS on my flat-tops. If I want to swap something from one rifle to another, I just detach and reattach. If I decide I don't like my ARMS #40 behind my EOTech, I can take it off and purchase something else.
Quoted: It is. We also have a stand alone rear sight exactly as described that we haven't produced in any quantity because we've never had demand/requests for one. I'll see if I can't run a hundred or so and get them on the web-site for sale. Steve/RRA

Excellent - I'd love to have at least one. Does it have thumb nuts or hex screws (crossing fingers for simple, out of the way hex-screws) I don't suppose you have an extra one laying around you could just sell me NOW do you
I didn't mean to sound negative about the TCH... But user feedback is how things get better, right?
I've said many times that I love my RRA rifle, my RRA dominator, and when RRA is an option (like 9mm or 6.8
) I'd choose them over other brands.
Thanks for listening
