I was just finishing my first lower receiver build on Wednesday afternoon. While performing the recommended safety/function tests, I noticed that I could not move the safe/fire selector switch unless the hammer was cocked. I was freaking out and nervously worrying that I had F'ed something up. I decided to call Rock River Arms and ask if what I was experiencing was normal or not. The lady that I talked to did not know the answer, but asked for my phone number and told me that she would find out and call me back. As I hung the phone up, I thought to myself that she would probably forget about it and not call me back. I based this thought on the fact that most people would not waste their time on such a small deal, especially if the are really busy as I assume RRA always is, but this was a big deal to me.
Let me just tell you how pleased I was when LESS THAN 10 MINUTES LATER my cell phone rang and it was her calling to tell me that what I was experiencing was normal. Thats what I call customer service! I wish I could remember her name...Melinda?, Melissa? or something? Steve maybe you can find out and give her a big hug for me because I was really worried.
THIS IS WHY I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE STRICTLY FROM ROCK RIVER ARMS.
