Spoilerv2 - On the MAID grip, have you been able to talk to anyone on the phone? Have you been using email inquiries about your problem? Which email address are you using? I'm working on ways to speed up and improve communications, so knowing where problems are occuring will enable me to address them.

operatorerror - Do you have a copy at all of what you ordered at all? I would love to check inventory on your stuff but need specific part numbers to check the system.
