For 3 gun, you really want a true, or close to true, 1x magnification at the lower end.
You only have one listed suitable optic out of those, the PST 1-4x. You might also consider the Burris 1-4x MTAC..
1-6x is certainly 'nice' to have, but generally not needed for most typical 3 gun matches, unless real outlier, IMO - I shoot regularly between 15-300yards in 3 guns, and while I do run a 1-6x (not < $400), I could still make do with a 1-4x.
