Mainly referring to a long range muzzle flip to spot shots in 556 but curious about 308 too

Some, but not a ton (EZ brake, flash hider won’t do much). I wouldn’t get one unless using for a suppressor mount, there’s much better options otherwise.

Thanks, it is for suppressor use since an Omega 300 doesnt have a ton of clearance, I actually found a middle ground adapter by ECCO (I know this isnt the silencer forum but someone may find this useful) to add a tiny space so I can go with something a little bigger than the minimalist EZ and FH now |

In that case I would go with the two-port brake if it fits.
