Can you guys recommend the best powder for these loads?

To be shot out of my 1:8 18" AR15 and used for 3 gun. Looking to get around MOA accuracy, but they'll be used for 200-400 yard steel targets in 3 gun matches.

I have RL15 and H335, but have also read alot about TAC and AA2230.

Looking for something that meters well too since I'll be loading these through my Hornday LNL AP.

Thanks for your help.

I have good luck with Varget. I also used H4895and worked well but I stick with Varget it is a little more accurate.

I would try what you have on hand first.  If that is not good enough try Varget.

N135 has worked great for me with 77 and 68/69 bullets. Better than N140 has. Varget and H335 has also given me good results. But the best results I have are from N135.

I used to use Varget exclusively but when it got hard to find a few years back I switched to RL15 and never looked back.

I use about 24 grains under a 68 or 69 with good results

I have had good results with a number of different powders, AA2230, AA2520 (used this a lot), Tac, and RL-15.  Right now I am using Tac as I can find it.  I try not to get hung up on one powder as availability here can be a problem.  So, when I do find it, I get as much as I can.

Varget shoots very well for me w/ this weight bullet, but tends to be a little messy on a progressive.  When my press indexes, it flicks a little powder out of the cases.  8208xbr does not give me this problem and shoots very well.  Velocity is not as good as Varget, but plenty good enough.
