I got this card in the mail yesterday. I worked him on 40m CW back in March of this year. I wasn't sure that I was going to get it due to all of the political instability in that country. |

Vlad is actually a Russian citizen and his cards come from his secretary there. He owns a very successful travel agency there. He travels all over the world giving many QSOs to semi-rare entities.

Nice! I got one from him last summer and I think it was postmarked Dallas, TX.
