Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Where in the 15 meter CW Novice Band would I find "slow" people like myself?

Is there a frequency where one can leave the dial (like while reloading, etc.) and sometimes hear activity? I've heard some slower activity on 40 meters at 7.115 MHz.

I wish there was a CW contest directed toward slower individuals. I could use the practice as it's been a few years.
