I need a replacement mic for a Kenwood TM231A, does anyone know of any aftermarket or other brands that will work.

Another thing I was looking at was converting a new 8 pin style to the older round TM231A 8 pin.

I'll probably trouble shoot the broken one to see if I can fix it, but I was also looking for a replacement for future use. Hopefully its a simple lock-out or grouding issue, but I'll have to have a little extra time before I can mess with it.
