I've seen a few YouTube ad for a survival guide called "The Lost Ways." I'm interested in picking up a copy, but the clickbaity feel of the ad makes me skeptical. Has anyone here read it?

Never heard of it.
They didn't list an outline of the book, no chapters, or page count. $38 dollars might buy you a 5 page book. Hard pass. |

it kept showing up on a foolsbook ad feed. Nope, smells scammy, bad methods to convince buyer to buy.

Boy, he doesn't know how to do a book review, does he?
Anyhow, I looked up the author and Claude Davis runs Ask a prepper.com I have found some useful info on his site, but I've seen stuff that makes me shake my head. |

I bought it. There is definitely some useful info in there. But overall, I was underwehelmed. Lots of common sense, with some useful info sprinkled in.
