So, I'm starting up a home-storage system.  I'm going to be starting quite small, with Mason jars.  My grandmother has about 300 of them stored away in her attic, never been used, of all sizes...  So, I need to know what volumes certain things take up.

50 pounds of wheat takes ??? gallons?
50 pounds of sugar?
Etc...

Is there a calculator or list of this stuff somewhere?  I could just wait until my wheat gets in, but what fun is that?  :P
