For $150-$200, you could get a few.
You willing to get into Li-Ion rechargeables for more output in a smaller package?
If so:
My Sunwayman V11R XL-M U2 throws 500LM on high, with a lithium IMR 16340 and it's just barely bigger than a lady's lipstick. $88 shipped sans batteries and charger.
I've got a Xeno EO3 that puts out 400LM in neutral white and that one runs on either an AA (for 150LM) or a ICR 14500. It costs about $33 shipped. It's thinner than a lipstick, but a half inch longer.
I just put a 530LM XM-L2 U2, 3-mode P60 drop-in from Redilast, into a SF 6P LED and run a Redilast 17670 ICR cell for some 'eye-melting' goodness. Those were $70, on top of the light, which was half off--$37.
Fenix PD32 here, but you can get PD35 for $70 shipped and that'll throw 850LM with 2xCR123s or one ICR 18650. It's got a strobe, too, for really screwing with somebody's eyes.
I could go on...ZebraLight SC600 II and its 750LM turbo mode, ShiningBeam I Mini with 260LM, which is smaller than a lipstick and only $30 bucks shipped.
These are all pocket lights and pretty tiny and light in weight, for the most part.
