The one thing my collection is missing is a microtech blade.  How or what do I need to do to buy one in Texas?

Just be aware if you need any work done on your Microtech, they will treat you lower then shit if you are not LEO or active military (if you are fire/EMS/SAR you are still fucked), I needed a fire spring on mine and rather void the warranty and fix it my self I called them up, they demanded to know where I bought it so they could stop shipping to that supplier and told me I am lucky they weren't going report me. This was a few years ago but I think they still the same policy.
ETA: looks like they now MAY service EMS owned knives at there discretion, if you are EMS/LEO/Mil. you are good, if you are none of the above or non EMT cert. fire fighter or SAR you are still screwed if you need it fixed. I still wouldn't buy one now just from past experiences.
