Found a pair at a resale shop for $11 in my size. They were not worn much. They have the waffle soles. What kind of water proofing do you use on kangaroo leather? Do you treat it like cow leather?
Thanks for all the info. I used my wife's hair blower to put heat on the sno-seal. It worked great without over heating the boots.

use "Sno-Seal" it is a bees wax product that works great. It is the only weather proofer I use on leather.

Great find !! I wanted some for years, and finally bought some about 7 yrs ago.
I think I paid $230. 
No regrets though. |

Warm up your oven ( NOT HOT ENOUGH TO MELT THE SOLES you may have to warm it up , shut it off , then warm it up again ) Slather boots with Sno seal or mink oil and place boots on a crappy pan. THe warmth will cause the leather is suck up the product , add more and do it again. When it wount hold anymore wip them down and let them cool. You should be good to go for a while |

Kangaroo leather is great. I got a pair of chucka style in roo leather from Cabelas years ago. They are holding up great. Treat them just like cow and you'll do fine.
