The Germans have a combo jacket/sleeping bag for their military.  I remember seeing them in various surplus catalogs a couple of years ago.  I'm sure a little e-bay or google time would turn some up for a fraction of the price of that thing.  You can't argue with the quality of German surplus gear, it is built to last.
