Contact ANY army surplus store, they have TONS of them!

The mediums are nice because you take the frame off if necessary,
the large ALICE packs MUST have a frame for use. |

Any surplus store should have them. If there are none around you, and you can't get one cheap on eBay or elsewhere, this place has them.
