Anyone have experience with QuakeKare? I'm thinking about ordering some of the food bars, water, and possibly one of there solar/crank radios.

With all the storms lately, I want to have a supply of food on hand that I won't be tempted to eat outside of an emergency or overeat in an emergency. From what I've read, the QuakeKare bars are some of the worst tasting food rations one can buy, and they're cheap.

I ordered a bunch of their food bars a few years ago, and still carry them in my BOB / GHB.

I've eaten one and it was palatable enough.   Tasted like a stale vanilla cookie.  They are a good alternative to Mainstay IMO.   I'd have no problem buying from them again.

Thanks for the info and the picture. I've been wondering how big those things are.
