anyone have any experience with the upper/ ar set ups, like the bohica, Zel ect.??
how do the ar lowers hold up after 300+ rounds????

Try the .50 cal forum. The lowers hold up fine. People have shot thousands of rounds and not had a problem.

The lowers do not endure any significant stress during the firing of the weapon. They will hold up fine.
