I was looking for tips on building a FIFO can rack, and came across this booklet on food preps. It's a pretty good basic book meant for teaching basic food storage.

I was planning on making some from pegboard, so I could shift the lanes around for different size cans.

I'm posting and not building again.  Mine will be made of pegboard, but not shiftable.  I've worked up a front loading set.
