 that's what I used to do. The Marine Corps doesn't believe in loss/damage statements apparently, even if it was their abortion of an Op that destroyed or lost them.

The only thing I ever saw those ruck covers were good for was to put on a spare tire on a jeep or other 4x4 truck. I have an arctic overwhite ruck cover for some reason. I was issued that and 2 full suits in 2000 and only was in the snow for one deployment and had to wear DCU's.

I still have chocolate-chip pattern ruck cover from Desert Storm. Makes a nice cover for my carbine while traveling to and from shooting.

i have one - and FUCK FT POLK - unfortunately if its on your issue and you signed for it.....
go out the main gate though there are a couple of military surplus stores - i had to pick up a few items from them when i was clearing. |

Hell I still have LC-1, Alice ruck, enhanced tac vest, Molle 1 WDL and now ACU Molle......I think I still have 1951 woolshirts and field pants on my hand reciept....
