My father retired years ago after 25 years and I'm putting together a shadow box. I'd like a flag from an actual base where we were stationed, or Lakeland AFB. Any input or advice would be appreciated.

Only things I can think of off the top of my head is to try calling either the Public Information office or the Base Commander's office.  Good luck!

Edit... I've seen pictures of the operation at the White House where a crew spends the day running flags up and down a flagpole to supply flags to congress critters and their constituents.  If you send them a flag, they might find a pole somewhere they can run it up.
