We were supposed to be included in this year's TRT (SWAT) budget, but when none of the medics got the new ACU uniforms or body armor, it was the first clue that the PD was slowly dropping TEMS at the curb... along with my "pending" status.
 The team's so disorganized now that it's basically been reduced to a few guys running warrant service, and there's "no need for medics" there according to the brass, so we're basically on our own until they reformat. I went to bulletproofme.com, but they're up there with the prices in the EE, and if I'm not going to be using it for the real deal HH6 told me she'd rather I spent the money on ammo. I'm just looking for something to get me used to working with the weight & bulk for class use. Suggestions? |

Yeah, but much is from overseas and the shipping makes up for the savings. Either that or all I seem to find is size XS.
