Well Its week Three of my academy and we need some cadences for marching and running. If i recall this came up some months ago but I can't recall exactly what the result was.

Some cop specific ones would be helpful

You can replace "your sister" with any name you wish. I used Melissa. She was someones sister in the platoon...that pissed me off. Brad

The cadences on this site are miltary specific, but with a little work you can easily modify them to your needs.
You can also try getting ahold of some of the CD's/tapes on the web.
