I have always wanted to become a Texas Game Warden.  I have all the qualifications to apply and want to make my application the best possible.  What can I do to help me get accepted into the academy?  Need help and advice from the group.

Your best bet would be to get into their summer intern program.

Limited positions and lots of applicants.  Good Luck!

Contact your state legislator to see if they can 'assist' you in any way.  Sometimes a letter of introduction or recommendation from them helps...

When you send in the application you can only send in what they ask for.  I know a few LEO's and a number of Judges in the area but I dont think letter would help.  I really want this opportunity to have a career that is fullfilling.
