LEOSA question.  Here’s the situation ; Law enforcement ? Yes, Federal, and authorised to carry in performance of duties. Not drinking. Not under disciplinary action. NOT on duty. As an LEO definitely covered by LEOSA, am I supposed to follow the laws of the various states and municipalities  I am in ... as if I held a CWP from that area ... OR ... do I behave as if I am an off-duty LEO that lives/works in that state/municipality. There are (sometimes) subtle differences. The text of LEOSA doesn’t really clarify this in plain English ... unless I’m really missing something. FWIW , I’ve had more than enough “opinions” ... I guess I’m looking for “law” and the proverbial “solid ground”.  Any help ?

It allows you to carry under the same conditions as someone with a CCW. It gives you no duties or authority beyond that.

Thanks for the reply. Didn't think it would take 20 hours to get one, but...
Would you happen to have something in writing to that effect ?   Stay safe
