Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - I need some info if possible

Hey guys, I just had a question about being a us probation officer.  I was thinking about applying for the position in my home state, and was wondering if you guys knew much about it.  The position sounds interesting, from my point of view.  I am not nor have I ever worked for Law Enforcement, so any info on this possible career choice would be appreciated.

I wouldn't do it because you have to babysit the dregs of society and the system gives you very little ammo to deal with them.


But on the other hand, we need good P.O. so maybe it's up your alley.
