See if this sounds right. Around 09/11/01 FEMA officials were vacationing in your state. When the attacks on NYC occurred, a police chief escorted these officials to a flight to NY from presumably Billings.
This chief works in a small town and is a Ruger trained armorer. A big fan of the Ruger Mini-14. Not much respect for NYC cops apparently. No surprise there.

I'm catching flak from someone claiming to be a police chief on another forum. He's making some unlikely claims and I think he's a poser.

I haven't heard anything like this, but I'm on the other side of the state.
