Story...

A routine traffic stop has turned into a rescue in Sioux Falls. Police pulled over a man for erratic driving in an alley between Prairie and Summit Avenues just after 2:30 Saturday morning.

According to police, as they were talking to the driver, they noticed the female passenger was in distress and needed help.

Turns out the female offered 25 year old Adrian Foolbull a ride when he turned off the ignition, got in the driver seat and drove to an unknown location. There, he physically and sexually assaulted the victim.

Foolbull was arrested and is being held in the Minnehaha County Jail. He faces rape and kidnapping charges and two offenses from a prior incident. The 25 year old victim is from Brandon. She was treated and released from a Sioux Falls hospital.
