Howdy. I'm trying to help out a fellow MP track down some background information on a sex offender with two class three sexual offenses. His home of record is Michigan, and I can IM a name if you IM me and are able to look it up. I searched the public site - no dice. Also, possibly lived in Tenn before Michigan - where offenses took place is currently unknown. I have searched Michigan and surrounding states, as well as Tenn.
