You guys talk about the hated signiture bond, here is another bad sig bond story.

A guy came in today for battery to his wife.  He was very noncompliant to the arresting Officers and when he gets to jail he will not take his shoes off until we get to the point we have hands on and point a Tazeer at him.  I take him to court and literally have to play bad cop in order to get him to comply with any order.  (basicly has to feel he is on the verge of an ass kicking to comply).  We get in to court and we have a replacement judge.  This man is buligerant to the judge and talks out of order while the officer is testifying.  The family told the DA that they felt that the wifes life was in danger and they feared for her safety.  This guy was a business man and owned a Subway Restaurant.  Judge gave $2,000. sig bond.  On his way out of jail He said "I'll be back."  He called his brother and told him, he was on the way to kill his family and burn the house down.  Our TAC TEAM was dipatched and intercepted him when he got out of the car at his residence.  He had a loaded Gun and was forcefully brought to the ground and brought to jail.
