I forgot to mention that CAPEM (Council for the Advancement of PreHospital Emergency Medicine) has its forum on www.TraumaCentral.com

CAPEM is a relatively new advocacy group for EMS aimed at increasing pay, respect, education levels, and scopes for EMS providers.
