I think that now the issue of whether it is a state issue or a federal should come to light in the state of Alabama. I want so bad to start charging the illegals in my jurisdiction with criminal trespass and get them the hell out of here. Just remember, never let your guard down.

The state should make Mexico pay restitution to the family since it keeps encouraging it's citizens to come to the U.S.
