I'm new to the forums, been lurking a while and wasn't sure where to make a first post. hug.gif

I am a Miami-Dade Police Officer.

I'm fairly young and still quite the rookie but love the career and work hard at doing my best!

I own several guns :

Sig P226 DAK 9MM
S&W Model 60 and a 36-7 .38S
Remington 870 Marine Magnum
DPMS AR15 (AP4) M4A3 in .223

I absolutely love the Marine Magnum. 6+1 capacity on 00-Buck and 10 on 9 1/2.

It is does heavy after extended use, but that's because its made from some seriously tough stuff. As always, slings are your best friend. Other then its weight, it works beautifully.

I have enough guns for now, waiting for that raise. :)

Welcome, brother. What District are you assigned to? I grew up in Kendall, right near Town and Country Mall (of course it was tomato and stawberry fields back then) in District 5.
We used to be considered the edge of the Glades, in those days.

I work Northwest District, AKA Miami lakes. It's got its fun points.

Today I got my rifle 'Zerod' in by "The Man, The myth, the legend", Firearms Officer JJ Kelly. He was able to group less then an inch at 50 yards, so I was thoroughly impressed.

Anyhow, if any of you live in Miami/broward and wanna go shooting, PM me. :)
