No link as of yet, but this afternoon the killer of Deputy Richard Herzog was conviceted of murder. He will not be executed, instead he will serve life in prison. He argued insanity at his trial. He was high and naked when he attacked Deputy Herzog, shooting him with Herzog's issue weapon.
